Play with fire

This installation takes an allegorical approach to the question of fire, a subject as fateful as it is fascinating. Immersed in a space where geometric pattern and pictorial elements confront and respond to each other, the viewer is invited into an intriguing visual immersion. The walls and floor, covered with a black grid on a white background, create an optical illusion that leads the eye towards the central work. At the heart of the installation, painted furniture with incandescent motifs blends into the ensemble, blurring the boundaries between art and furniture. Dominating the scene, a monumental canvas depicts an explosion of red flames on a dark night. Both immersive and surreal, the ensemble subtly questions the limits of art by reinterpreting the codes of traditional furniture and décor.
